Hello and thanks for visiting my site. I decided not to write this in the third person as is customary. After all, it's just me sitting here. So here goes:

I am a 34 year old cartoonist/plumber living in Minneapolis, MN. My work is mostly in comics because they are so much fun, so dynamic and also accessible to so many people. Sometimes I get confused about why everyone is not crazy about comics...but anyway, that's for another time and place.

In my work I am trying to combine good writing, appealing art and interesting design. In my first collection of stories, I was bent on doing stories that were deep. Now I am more interested in doing stories that are fun and/or weird (see "RAMPAGE!")

Right now I am writing and drawing cartoons on a regulars basis, and getting tips and fellowship at the International Cartoonists Conspiracy -- Minneapolis cell. My work is being shown in local galleries, which I see as a VERY exciting, natural, but largely unexplored, venue for comics. I also participate in local art shows a few times a year.
